The Rt. Rev. Robert Edward Fraser Berry, Seventh Bishop of Kootenay, served from 1971 to 1989. In the 1970s he selected 77 colour slides from his private family collection to introduce clergy new to the Diocese what it would be like to live and travel here. He also created a script with a description for each slide, which was meant to be read as each slide was shown on the projector. I have scanned these slides into a PowerPoint along with their accompanying descriptions. The PowerPoint has been converted to a pdf document in order to link it to this website. You will have to scroll down manually to view each page.
There are a couple of slides in which there are people I cannot identify. If you can, please let me know. Please also let me know if there are any other errors. Remember, these are Bishop Berry’s captions, not mine
